Tai Chi Demonstration attracted crowd

A crowd-attracting Tai Chi demonstration was held on 9 March 2015 in the concourse of Block W. It was proudly led by Chang Xiaobo, a volunteer teacher from China, in conjunction with the event of Mandarin Language and Cultural Week from 9 March to 13 March 2015, organised by Mandarin Language and Culture Centre (MLCC). More than 130 students from different faculties took part in the activity which was carried out in three sessions from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. It was the first experience of witnessing a form of a Chinese kungfu for most of them. Also present to observe the demonstration were Chong Ah Kow, MLCC Director, Yong Ying Mei, Cheng Ching Yee, Cui Mengjie and Wang Xiaozhi.
