Delegation of Hebei University, China visited UMP & MLCC

Mandarin Language and Culture Centre (MLCC) was delighted and honoured to receive the delegation from Hebei University (HBU), China on 24th May 2016. Members of the delegation were Associate Professor Liang Weige (Deputy Director of Confucius Institute Office, HBU) and Professor Li Hancai (Deputy Director of Human Resources, HBU). They were given a cordial reception by top management of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) with a dinner at Zenith Hotel, Kuantan on 23rd May 2016. A management meeting between UMP and delegation from HBU was held at UMP Pekan on 24th May 2016. Besides that, the delegation held an interview session for postgraduate students among UMP students to study at HBU. Delegations from HBU also met Ms Wang Wen Ying, Ms Sun Yun Feng and Ms Ju Meng who are the current volunteer language teachers of HBU. Delegation of HBU was also given a cordial reception by Ms Yong Ying Mei (MLCC Director), Mr Chong Ah Kow, Ms Cheng Ching Yee (Mandarin Language teacher) and Madam Nornashua Farhani Binti Abdul Ghaffar (Assistant Administrative officer) while they were visiting MLCC.
