Pin Yin Competition 2016

Mandarin Language Society (MLS) had organized the Pin Yin Competition 2016 on 30th November 2016. This program was held at UMP Pekan Campus, Faculty of Manufacturing (FKP), Lecture hall 01 (DK01). The objectives of this program were to help UMP students increase their standard of Mandarin Pin Yin and provide a platform for students learning Mandarin Pin Yin. The program was particularly organised for non-Chinese UMP students who were learning Mandarin as a foreign language. The competition was judged by Ms Yong Ying Mei, Director of MLCC; Madam Kang Mei Feng, Advisor of MLS; and Ms. Sun Yun Feng, Mandarin Language teacher. A total of 50 contestants joined the Pin Yin Competition. The contestants were divided into two categories. Category A which is for non-Chinese UMP students and Category B for Chinese students.
