A Field Trip to the MLCC
| 18 April 2017 – The Mandarin Language and Cultural Centre (MLCC) received 108 pupils and 8 teachers from SK Balok Baru, Kuantan. Ms. Yong Ying Mei, the Director of MLCC kick started the event by giving a brief yet comprehensive introduction of the MLCC to the delegation. Then, they were presented with a Chinese tea ceremony demonstration by Ms. Ju Meng complete with some guidance on the art of preparing and drinking it by Ms. Yong. In return, they had to prepare and serve their very own Chinese tea. According to Ms. Yong, this event was made possible with kind support and undivided effort from Ms. Cheng Ching Yee, Ms Ju Meng and Madam Nornashua Farhani Abdul Ghaffar (Administrative Assistant).
