Competition of Chinese Characters Typing for Railway Mandarin Classes

UMP 6 March 2018 - Mandarin Language and Culture Centre (MLCC) organised a Competition of Chinese Characters Typing for Railway Mandarin classes both at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Gambang and Pekan campuses.

The trainees were exposed to various methods of typing Chinese characters on mobile phones. Before the competition began, the methods were first demonstrated by four Mandarin instructors, namely Ms. Yong Ying Mei (Director of MLCC), Ms. Hooi Yan Yee, Mr. Tan Wai Chung and Ms. Cai Haixia (Mandarin Language Teachers).

The trainees expressed their excitement for the opportunity to learn Chinese characters easily. The Mandarin teachers awarded the Chinese knot as a special present to all the winners.
