MLCC Demonstrated Chinese Painting to Delegation of SK Rantau Panjang

19 April 2018 – A total of 37 students and 6 teachers from SK Rantau Panjang, Temerloh visited Mandarin Language and Culture Centre (MLCC). Madam Nornashua Farhani Abdul Ghaffar (Administrative Assistant) started the event by giving a brief yet introduction of the MLCC, Mandarin courses and Mandarin activities to the delegation fom the school.

The students and their teachers were exposed to flower blossom blow painting, which is blowing the ink on red paper without using painting brushes. The Chinese painting demonstrated by Mandarin teachers, namely Ms. Deng Xingmei, Ms. Jin Yongxin (Volunteer Language Teacher) and Ms Hooi Yan Yee (Mandarin Teacher).

This painting activity is fun for the students and the students expressed their excitement for the opportunity to use ink, a straw and a little bit of water colour to create a beautiful painting. Ms Yong Ying Mei (Director of MLCC) expressed her gratitude to all the staff who had given their full commitment in this community service programme.
