MLCC Director invited to share in Unity Harmony Aspiration Discourse (Wacana Aspirasi Harmoni Perpaduan)

Jengka, 15 October 2018- Ms. Yong Ying Mei, the Director of Mandarin Language and Culture Centre (MLCC) of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) was invited as one of the panels for the Wacana Aspirasi Harmoni Perpaduan at Universiti Teknikal MARA (UiTM), Jengka, Pahang.
In the forum, she emphasized that understanding each other is very important to live in harmony in a multiracial society.
All the panel members also reviewed the National Principles (Rukun Negara) to strengthen tolerance and patriotism in a multiracial society of Malaysia. The program is organized by the Department of National Unity and Integration of Pahang State National.
Other invited panels were Tuan Haji Rasid Muhamad (former Associate Professor of UiTM, Jengka, Pahang), Dr. Saraswathy A/P Kuthirakkal Kunhikannan (Lecturer of Institute of Teachers Education, Tengku Ampuan Afzan Campus, Kuala Lipis, Pahang) and Mr. Muhammad Mohktar Samat (Senior Lecturer of UiTM Jengka, Pahang) as the moderator of the forum.
