Academic Visit from BJTU to UMP

5–6 April 2019 – Confucius Institute of University Malaysia Pahang (CI UMP) were delighted and honoured to receive a visit from a delegation from Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) of China. Members of the delegation were Madam Zhang Fang and Ms Xiong Qingyang (Staff of Center for International Education of BJTU).

Ms. Yong Ying Mei (Director of CI UMP) chaired a meeting with the delegation to discuss potential collaborations in the areas of students’ mobility program, staff exchange, industrial training, and degree programmes. The academic visit also seeks for an extent collaboration with more faculties from both sides.

Dr. Mohd Ruzaimi Mat Rejab (Deputy Dean Student Development & International, Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering), Mr Noram Irwan Bin Ramli (Deputy Dean Academic & Student Affair, Civil Engineering & Earth Resources), Dr. Doh Shu Ing (Deputy Dean Research & Graduate Studies, Civil Engineering & Earth Resources), Dr. Cheng Hock Tian (Senior Lecturer, Civil Engineering & Earth Resources, UMP) and Madam Nornashua Farhani Binti Abdul Ghaffar (Assistant Administrative officer of CI UMP).
