CI Coordinated China Scholarship Workshop and Interview for Malaysian

Kuantan, 7 April 2019 - Confucius Institute of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (CI UMP) coordinated a China Scholarship Workshop and Interview for Malaysian at Sekolah Menengah Chong Hwa, Kuantan, Pahang.

The program was a collaboration with Hebei University (HBU) and Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU). Ms. Yong Ying Mei (Director of CI UMP), Madam Zhang Fang and Ms Xiong Qingyang (staff of Center for International Education of BJTU) shared the information of China scholarship to Malaysian in the workshop. A total of 50 form five students and parents who aimed to apply for China scholarship next year, attended the workshop.

Delegation of UMP and BJTU received a cordial reception by Sekolah Menengah Chong Hwa, Kuantan, namely Mr. Chua Leok Hong (Principal), Ms. Wong Suh Ching (Head of Counselling Department) and Mr. Wang Heng Chang Yi (Head of Further Studies Division).
