CI UMP offer TVET Mandarin For Laboratory Tester Of Railway Engineering

Confucius Institute Universiti Malaysia Pahang (CI UMP) offers TVET Mandarin for laboratory tester of railway engineering. This training course is part of the Industrial Skills Training Program (PLKI) for East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) from 6 April to 30 April 2021. A total of 31 graduates from diploma and bachelor degree engaged in training at UMP Gambang campus by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) as a precautionary measure Covid-19.

Ms. Yong Ying Mei (Director of CI UMP) developed the module of TVET Mandarin for laboratory tester according to the laboratory topics namely types of laboratory test, laboratory equipment and etc. The TVET Mandarin module is developed especially for laboratory tester with the aim of to assist ECRL laboratory testers master basic Mandarin related to laboratory work. This will be able to improve Mandarin communication among Malaysians who will be involved in the rail industry with colleagues from China later. Ms. Yong also as an instructor to teach TVET Mandarin for laboratory tester of railway engineering.
