Result of HSK Test held by CI UMP for First Time Had Been Announced

8 June 2020 – The results of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK Test) held by Confucius Institute Universiti Malaysia Pahang (CI UMP) for the first time on 28 May 2020 had been announced. A group of candidates sat for HSK Level 1, Level 2, Level 4 and Level 5. All candidates passed with flying colours, especially 3 candidates score full marks. 

Professor Ir. Dr. Wan Azhar Bin Wan Yusoff, Vice Chancellor of UMP praised the excellent results of candidates. He hoped to enhance cooperation with China universities, especially Hebei University.
Fatin Zahirah Binti Mansur (Executive, CI UMP) has participated in HSK level 4 and scored 271/300. She took initiative to participate HSK Intensive course during Movement Control Order (MCO) and then took part in HSK Test. She explained that working with China Staff in CI UMP inspirited her to speak Mandarin confidently.

In addition, due to pandemic COVID-19, the global HSK test from February to April was cancelled. A candidate who took HSK Level 5 was worried about missing applying to a China university. After the results announced, the candidate immediately submitted the HSK result to university at China in time.

The HSK Test is the world-renowned Chinese Proficiency Test. All test paper provides and mark by China. Besides that, CI UMP had provided HSK Intensive Courses to guide candidates in HSK test through online class. All candidates had shown their enthusiasm in learning Mandarin.
