Stay Strong China, World Safety! Best Wishes from CI UMP

11 February 2020- The world current outbreak of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) which was first identified in China. For beginning of new semester, Confucius Institute Universiti Malaysia Pahang (CI UMP) share the virus prevention tips to students.
Mandarin teachers also teach paper cutting in Chinese character平安 (ping an) with the meaning “keep healthy” to students. CI UMP wishes China to stay strong, world safety and everyone healthy.

CI UMP Visited Malaysia Chinese Culture Association Pahang Branch

16 January 2020 – The delegation of Confucius Institute Universiti Malaysia Pahang (CI UMP) had visited Malaysia Chinese and Culture Association (MCCA) Pahang Branch. The delegation CI UMP, namely Ms. Yong Ying Mei (Director Malaysia, CI UMP), Prof Dr. Guo Fuliang (Director China, CI UMP) and Ms. Fatin Zahirah Binti Mansur (Administrative Executive, CI UMP).
A meeting was held to discuss Chinese culture and education collaboration between CI UMP with Malaysia Chinese Culture Association Pahang Branch. Delegation of CI UMP received a cordial reception by Dato’ Sri Lee Jin Xian (Advisor MCCA), Mr Kevin Fong (Deputy Chairman, MCCA), Madam Poon Ching Feng (Secretary, MCCA)
